Our telescopic conveyor belts have been developed for everyday use in rough everyday logistics life. Here, robust aluminium construction meets high-quality drive technology combined with innovative equipment. The belts can be pulled out continuously, can be used independent of the location, and after use can be stored away in a space-saving way. The telescope concept enables the setup of conveyor lines of any length. By means of a central control panel, belt speed, working height, illumination, and many things more are set. The adjustable working platform increases the work productivity and permits ceiling-height loading.
Tyre pallets (passenger car)
GAWRONSKI "Goodyear" E3 pallets
In the tyre industry, our pallet system for storing and transporting tyres has successfully asserted to become the market leader.
The original one is produced by us! The widespread Goodyear pallet (E3 pallet) was developed byGAWRONSKI together with “Goodyear” for the purpose of the most practicable application in practice. It must be optimal for the transport of tyres, be flat and robust for the return transport of empties as well as extremely stable for space-saving stacking of the pallets in warehousing. Our original pallet has an empty weight of 185-190 kg and is designed for a total weight of 1.000 kg.
Our specifications are your guarantor for static, strength and long durability during rough warehouse operation. In most warehouses, 4 pallets are stacked on top of each other. The “Goodyear pallet” is designed for 5-fold stacking and confirmed by the TÜV as well as independent testing authorities. Whether with of without insertion bars: The E3 pallet offers you maximum stability and flexibility.
Tyre pallets (truck) E2
E2 pallets have been developed for the storage of heavy tyres. With a basic weight of 150kg the pallet has enough stability for the storage of heavy truck and other special tyres with an external diameter up to 110 cm..
So that you have a coherent storage and logistics concept, the basic dimensions of the GAWRONSKI truck pallet are identical with the basic dimensions of passenger car pallets. Both pallet types can be stacked on top of each other in your warehouse.
Our pallets are TÜV and GS tested and offer you the stability for a secure 4-fold stackability as well as a long service life.
