Our telescopic conveyor belts have been developed for everyday use in rough everyday logistics life. Here, robust aluminium construction meets high-quality drive technology combined with innovative equipment. The belts can be pulled out continuously, can be used independent of the location, and after use can be stored away in a space-saving way. The telescope concept enables the setup of conveyor lines of any length. By means of a central control panel, belt speed, working height, illumination, and many things more are set. The adjustable working platform increases the work productivity and permits ceiling-height loading.

Ausgefahren in einer Gesamtlänge von 15 m oder 20 m verfügbar….
Die Förderbänder sind stufenlos ausziehbar und werden von einem Schaltpult an der Hub-Plattform gesteuert. Sie fahren Stapel für Stapel elektrisch vorwärts oder rückwärts und heben oder senken Lage für Lage die Plattform. Ihr Vorteil bei einem Gawronski-Förderband: Nach Beendigung eines Verladevorganges schieben Sie das Förderband zum nächsten Tor und starten den nächsten Verladevorgang (keine Festinstallation). Oder Sie räumen es für den nächsten Vorgang zusammen geschoben auf der Seite auf und nutzen das Tor für eine Beladung mit Paletten und Stapler.
… und mit einer Länge von 6 m oder 7 m auf der Seite aufgeräumt!
Mit den GAWRONSKI-Förderbändern reduzieren Sie die Zeiten für die Belade-und Entlade-Vorgänge. In der Praxis erreichten unsere Kunden eine Reduzierung der Ladungszeiten von durchschnittlich 20-30%, bei geichzeitigem ROI von max. 1,5 Jahren. Renting conveyor belts
In order to fulfil the different framework conditions of our customers, you can – apart from a purchase – rent the conveyor belts for an indefinite period of time.
That way, you can flexibly process additional orders, seasonal fluctuations or limited project businesses.
And should you make a decision to purchase a conveyor belt at any time in the course of renting one, a large part of the rental payments made until then will be credited to you. We would be happy to advise you of the details.
Our service for you
During commissioning of a newly delivered conveyor belt, one of our experienced employees will carry out the setup and train your employees on site in your warehouse in terms of the most efficient working methods with the conveyor belt.
Furthermore, we optionally offer a maintenance and service contract for our conveyor belts. Apart from twofold maintenance per year, the maintenance contract also includes the legally prescribed yearly UVV testing (accident prevention regulation) of electrical work equipment (acc. to VDE 0702).
